LINGTIE was established and launched the LTA-350 automatic printing machine and 30-meter drying oven, receiving positive market feedback shortly after release.
Developed the LTA-460 screen press according to customer requirements, achieving printing capability for materials as thin as 0.025 mm.
Introduced a 60-meter effective drying oven with four-side heating and constant temperature control.
Developed customized high-temperature ovens exceeding 200°C for clients from Taiwan, with an effective drying length of up to 80 meters.
Developed the LTA-50120 printing machine for overseas customers in the automotive air-conditioning panel industry.
Launched the LTA-5570 printing machine equipped with optical tracking positioning technology and vacuum feeding technology. We also obtained ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification the same year.
Further developed roll material drying technology with automatic web guiding and variable-speed rewinding functions.
Relocated to Tong’an Industrial Zone with a new production facility, expanding manufacturing space to more than 3,000 m².
Developed multiple new models, including 7060, 60160, and 15100 series printing machines, achieving registration accuracy of 0.01 mm.
Obtained CE Certification and introduced an improved rotary intermittent letterpress printing machine featuring multiple patented technologies.

Established the Jimei branch office.
Established the Taiwan branch office for overseas customer support.
Developed four-color printing machines with flexible configurations, available as standalone units or integrated production systems.
Built a new self-owned factory and established the Xiang’an branch.
Developed the LTA-80200 three-color printing machine, achieving a maximum printing area of 830 × 2050 mm.
Relocated to Xiamen Torch High-Tech Industrial Zone (Xiang’an) with production space expanded to more than 14,000 m².

Screen Printing
Screen printing is a versatile printing process that transfers ink through the open areas of a mesh screen onto the surface of a substrate. During printing, a squeegee applies controlled pressure to move the ink across the screen. The ink can pass through the image area and form the desired pattern on the material surface.

Letterpress Printing
Letterpress printing presses are commonly used for roll-to-roll label production, including single-color and multi-color printing jobs. The ink is first applied to a raised printing plate, and the image is then pressed onto the material as it moves through the printing unit.
