Laminating machines apply a protective film to the printed surface through thermal or cold lamination, to add protection against moisture, dirt, and everyday wear. Gloss and matte films can be used to achieve different surface finishes and give the printed product the desired look and feel.
Our powder applicators coat printed heat transfer labels with an even layer of hot-melt adhesive powder for reliable bonding during transfer. The adhesive layer prepares the printed design for secure bonding to the target material during heat transfer. Integration of these finishing machines with the printing equipment extends the production line from printing to surface protection, decorative finishing, and adhesive powder application for heat transfer labels.

Web Laminating Machine
Web laminating machine bonds a transparent plastic film to paper, film, and other substrates through hot or cold lamination. The finished layer protects the printed surface and can also give the product a gloss, matte, or functional finish according to the film being used.

Adhesive Powder Applicator
Adhesive powder applicator applies hot-melt adhesive powder evenly across printed heat transfer labels before the transfer process. Available for both roll and sheet materials, the machine can work alongside roll-to-roll or sheet-fed screen printing equipment as part of an automated heat transfer label production line.
