Hot air dryer works with roll-to-roll screen printing lines for continuous drying at a steady material speed. It can handle ink drying after printing as well as the curing of surface coatings on roll materials. The dryer can be paired with roll-to-roll screen printing machines and can also be installed as a standalone replacement for dryers used with roll-to-roll printing machines from other manufacturers.

  • Low-temperature drying
    Materials that are sensitive to heat can be dried at lower temperatures to reduce unwanted shrinkage or deformation. This is especially useful in multi-color printing as material stability has a direct effect on registration.
  • Even & controlled heating
    Separate digital temperature controllers manage individual heating zones. Four-sided heating and circulating airflow spread the heat evenly through the tunnel for consistent drying from one section to the next.
  • More processes can be added
    Optional modules include automatic lamination for double-sided adhesive or protective film, an independently operated UV curing unit for UV inks, and web guiding to keep the roll properly aligned during rewinding.
  • Built for continuous production
    Material feeding assistance, anti-reverse pulling, and constant-speed control keep the web moving steadily through feeding, drying, and rewinding. This also keeps the drying time consistent as production continues.
  • Easier inspection on the line
    A built-in inspection light gives operators a clear view of the printed material for routine quality checks during production.
