Advantages
  • Rewind stands are equipped with a 3-inch pneumatic expanding shaft that holds the roll securely during operation and releases it easily when the finished roll is removed.
  • Optional automatic lamination can be added when the material needs to be laminated before rewinding.
  • UV curing can be installed above the rewind stand when the printed web needs curing before it is wound.
  • The infeed vacuum plate maintains the tension needed for smooth, even rewinding.

      Slitting and Cutting

Slitting and cutting machines are used after printing or during converting when the material needs to be cut into a different width, length, or sheet size before moving on to the next step. Depending on the job, they can divide wide rolls into narrower rolls, cut web materials into individual sheets, or trim sheets to their final dimensions.
