Features
  • With the integrated unwinding and rewinding system, its vacuum suction system works together with tension control technology to maintain stable operation, while protecting the printed surface from scratches.
  • Our screen-printing machines are equipped with adjustable printing pressure, anti-dripping pressure, and real-time parameter display systems. Printing conditions can be adjusted according to different thicknesses, surface characteristics, and ink requirements to achieve consistent printing results across rolls of materials.
  • It is equipped with an automatic off-contact function for applications requiring large-area color printing or adhesive printing. By controlling the separation between the screen and printing material, the system helps reduce issues such as screen sticking and ink accumulation. Optional anti-dripping functions are available to minimize ink marks and maintain color consistency.
  • Key adjustment positions are equipped with scale indicators or digital displays. The squeegee and flood bar can be adjusted independently according to different printing requirements, while the double-sided squeegee design extends service life and reduces replacement frequency. The frame adopts electrostatic powder coating technology with good resistance against solvents and daily industrial wear for long-term operation.
  • It has a modular structure with reserved interfaces for additional functions. Options such as automatic punching systems, UV curing units, and other customized modules can be integrated according to specific production requirements. This gives customers flexibility to expand machine capabilities in the future.

    1. Letterpress Printing

      Letterpress Printing

Letterpress printing presses are commonly used for roll-to-roll label production, including single-color and multi-color printing jobs. The ink is first applied to a raised printing plate, and the image is then pressed onto the material as it moves through the printing unit.

    1. Heat Transfer

      Heat Transfer

Automatic heat transfer presses apply printed graphics, logos, labels, or text from a transfer material onto the surface of a product. The transfer paper or film is placed against the product, and the press applies the right amount of heat and pressure to transfer the printed design onto the surface.

    1. Rewinding Inspection

      Rewinding Inspection

Rewinding inspection machines bring web inspection, alignment correction, and rewinding together in one production stage for flexible roll materials. Built around an automatic web-guiding rewinder, the range adds dedicated inspection workstations so operators can check product quality during the rewinding process instead of treating inspection as a separate operation.
