Slitter Rewinder

Slitter Rewinder

Slitter rewinders are used to turn wide rolls into narrower rolls for later printing, converting, or finishing. The material is cut lengthwise to the required widths and then rewound into separate rolls. Web guiding keeps it in the correct position, while tension control helps it move smoothly through the slitting section. We offer two slitter rewinder configurations for different materials: one with circular rotary knives for thicker or more rigid webs such as PET/PC film, paper, foil, nonwovens, FPC, and laminated labels, and another with flat slitter blades (razor blades) for thin, soft films such as PE, PP, BOPP, and flexible PVC.
